Restore harmony — one step at a time
Ancient techniques meet modern relaxation. Our practitioners apply gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears — stimulating the body's natural healing processes and promoting balance, circulation, and deep relaxation.
Small points, whole-body effects
Stimulating the nervous system improves nerve function and increases feelings of well-being.
Triggers the release of endorphins — the body's natural painkillers and mood lifters.
Stimulates blood flow to treated areas, helping reduce swelling and pain.
Eases the muscle tension that commonly drives headaches and migraines.
Stimulates the digestive system, helping reduce bloating and constipation.
Supports the body's natural detox pathways for overall health and well-being.
The whole body, drawn on the sole
Traditional Chinese reflexology divides each sole into zones that correspond to the organs and structures above them. The body is laid out on the foot the way it stands: head at the toes, chest at the ball, abdomen through the arch, pelvis at the heel.
Brain, pituitary, sinuses, eyes, and ears all map onto the toes and their pads. It is why headache, sinus congestion, and jaw tension are so often worked from the top of the foot.
Thyroid, thymus, lungs, and heart sit above the diaphragm line that runs across the ball of the foot. The solar plexus point sits right beneath it — the single most calming point on the sole.
Stomach, pancreas, kidneys, adrenals, and both intestines occupy the soft middle of the foot. Organs sit on the foot of the side they occupy in the body: liver and gall bladder on the right, spleen on the left.
Bladder, lower back, and the sciatic line finish at the heel, while the inner edge of the foot traces the whole spine from cervical at the big toe to coccyx at the base.
Pair it with your visit
Reflexology stacks beautifully with the rest of the house — before a pedicure, after the salt cave, or alongside a massage. Every visit includes our complimentary amenities: a drink, the dry sauna, and the riverside waiting room.
Pressure on the foot, response in the whole body
Reflexology is not a replacement for medical care and we will never present it as one. What it does do, consistently and measurably, is regulate — and a regulated body heals better than a braced one.
Sustained pressure on the sole reliably shifts people into a parasympathetic state — the one where digestion, repair, and sleep actually happen. For anyone who lives at a low simmer of stress, that shift alone is the treatment.
The feet are the furthest point from the heart and the first place circulation suffers. Working the tissue moves blood and lymph back through it, which is why cold feet, swelling, and heaviness respond so quickly.
Tender, gritty, or unusually tight points are worth noting. We are not diagnosing organs from your feet — but a reflex point that is consistently sore is useful data, and it often lines up with something you have already mentioned.
Nothing comes off but your shoes. For clients who are modest, in pain, pregnant, post-surgical, or simply not comfortable undressing, reflexology delivers deep nervous-system work with none of that barrier.
Headaches, insomnia, digestive sluggishness, menstrual pain, and general burnout are the most common reasons people rebook. These are exactly the complaints that respond to regulation rather than to a targeted fix.
One session feels wonderful and wears off. A session every two or three weeks changes your baseline — sleep first, then digestion, then how quickly you come down after a hard day. We are honest about that timeline.
Questions, answered honestly
No — while it feels wonderful, reflexology applies targeted pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears that correspond to systems throughout the body, stimulating natural healing rather than only relaxing muscles.
Deeply calming — firm, deliberate pressure that most clients find both grounding and relaxing. Many fall asleep.
Anyone dealing with stress, poor sleep, headaches, digestive issues, or circulation concerns — and anyone who simply wants an hour of true reset.
A single session leaves you lighter; for chronic concerns, a consistent rhythm — every 2–4 weeks — delivers the cumulative benefits.
No — it's targeted pressure applied to mapped reflex points that correspond to the body's organs and systems. It feels wonderful like massage, but the intent and technique are entirely different.
What to expect
Come a few minutes early, settle in, and share your goals — every reflexology visit starts with a short, unhurried check-in so the session fits you, not a template.
Your provider tailors the work to your body and comfort as you go — speak up anytime; adjusting is part of the craft.
You leave with honest aftercare guidance — what to expect tonight, and how to keep the benefit building between visits.
One roof, every discipline
Clinical services run under the direction of Ashley Sutton, FNP-MSN — spa comfort with medical standards behind it.
Day spa, medspa, Western medicine, and Eastern medicine under one roof — your plan can draw from all four.
Every visit ends riverside — linger in the River Room or on the rooftop instead of rushing back to the car.
Pairs well with
Reflexology slots naturally into a larger plan — many clients stack these in the same visit or alternate them through the season.
