Every protocol starts with a conversation
Sit down with our medical team, walk through your bloodwork and goals, and leave with a plan built for your body — reviewed and adjusted at every follow-up.
The body's own signals, prescribed with precision
Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the messenger molecules your body already uses to signal repair, recovery, and renewal. Therapeutic peptides amplify those signals where you need them. At River's Edge, every protocol is physician-prescribed, pharmacy-certified, and built around your data.
Not new — newly precise
Peptide medicine is older than most people realize. Insulin — the first therapeutic peptide — has been prescribed since the 1920s. Since then, peptides have become some of the most studied molecules in medicine: over 80 peptide drugs are FDA-approved today, from thyroid and fertility treatments to the GLP-1 medications reshaping metabolic health.
What's changed is precision. We can now measure the body's signals — through bloodwork, body composition, and continuous data — and use targeted peptides to support the exact systems that need it. Collect quality data, adjust, and support a healthier body: that's the future of medicine, and it's how we practice.
A regulatory turning point
The landscape is moving quickly in peptides' favor. Federal health leadership has signaled support for fast-tracking FDA review of widely used therapeutic compounds — including peptides like BPC-157 and molecules like NAD+ — reflecting a broader shift toward proactive, data-driven wellness care rather than waiting for disease.
We welcome that scrutiny. More rigorous approval pathways mean better data, safer sourcing, and clearer answers for patients — the same standards we already hold ourselves to today.
How we keep peptide therapy safe
Not every peptide is FDA-approved — honesty about that is where safety starts. Here is exactly how we source, verify, and prescribe.
Every peptide we dispense comes from top certified compounding pharmacies with full testing documentation.
We independently verify the peptides we carry — and our own team uses the same peptides we prescribe to you.
No gray-market or “for research only” compounds, ever. If it isn't pharmacy-grade, it doesn't enter this building.
All peptide therapies must be prescribed by our Medical Director, Ashley Sutton — after a consult, labs, and a review of your health history.
What peptides can support
Every protocol begins with a consult and labs — your data decides the plan. These are the categories we prescribe most, and representative peptides within each. Availability and fit are determined at your consult.
Support mitochondrial function, cellular repair, and healthy aging at the source.
Accelerate healing of muscle, tendon, joint, and gut tissue after injury or hard training.
Restore desire, function, and confidence — for both men and women.
Physician-monitored GLP-1 therapy and metabolic support, paired with body-composition tracking.
Encourage your body's own growth-hormone rhythm for lean mass, sleep quality, and recovery.
Copper peptides for skin and hair regeneration; thymic peptides for immune resilience.
Our aesthetic trio for skin quality from within — collagen support, repair, and radiance in one protocol.
Named for a reason — our most aggressive tissue-repair stack for injuries, joints, and hard-charging recovery.
Prescribed by our Medical Director
Every peptide therapy at River's Edge is prescribed by our Medical Director, Ashley Sutton, after a full consult and lab review. Protocols are monitored with follow-up bloodwork and InBody 580 body-composition tracking, and adjusted as your data changes — because the point isn't a prescription, it's a measurably healthier you.
How We Track Your DataQuestions, answered honestly
Some are, some aren't — and we'll always tell you which is which. Over 80 peptide drugs are fully FDA-approved; others we prescribe are compounded medications from certified pharmacies, legally prescribed under physician oversight. Nothing we use is research-grade, and every protocol is prescribed by our Medical Director, Ashley Sutton.
Sourcing is everything. We work only with top certified compounding pharmacies, and we independently test the peptides we dispense — the same peptides our own team uses. If a compound can't meet that standard, we don't carry it.
Most protocols use small subcutaneous injections you learn to give yourself at home — tiny insulin-style needles, a few seconds a day. Some peptides come as nasal sprays, capsules, or topicals. We walk you through everything at your first visit.
It depends on the peptide and the goal. Recovery peptides often show effects within weeks; body-composition and longevity protocols build over 3–6 months. We track objective markers — labs and InBody 580 scans — so progress is measured, not guessed.
Protocols are individualized, so pricing is set at your consult once labs and goals are clear. Most run monthly, and members receive preferred pricing. Payment plans are available.
