Ancient practice, present healing
Acupuncture, sound bowl healing, Reiki, cranial sacral therapy — we don't believe wellness belongs to a single philosophy. We offer many, so you can choose the healing that's right for you.

What is Traditional Chinese Medicine?
Traditional Chinese Medicine is a complete system of healing practiced for over two thousand years. It views the body as an interconnected whole, where health depends on the balanced flow of energy — qi — through the body's meridians. When that flow is blocked or depleted, symptoms appear. TCM practitioners restore balance using acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, moxibustion, and therapeutic bodywork.
Neither approach has to exclude the other. Many of our clients use TCM for chronic pain, stress, and prevention while working with our Western providers on diagnostics and treatment — one plan, two traditions.
East and West, under one roof
Your acupuncturist and your nurse practitioner work steps apart. Pair Traditional Chinese Medicine with hormone optimization, or follow dry needling with a mineral soak — healing at River's Edge doesn't make you choose a side.
Explore Western MedicalOne roof, every discipline
Clinical services run under the direction of Ashley Sutton, FNP-MSN — spa comfort with medical standards behind it.
Day spa, medspa, Western medicine, and Eastern medicine under one roof — your plan can draw from all four.
Every visit ends riverside — linger in the River Room or on the rooftop instead of rushing back to the car.
An experience on the banks of the Animas
Come early or stay after — order a tea, a glass of wine, or a light bite from the spa menu, watch the river from the lounge, and let the visit breathe. This is how healing should feel: unhurried, riverside, yours.
