Smoother, clearer, confident legs
Asclera® (polidocanol) is an advanced, FDA-approved sclerotherapy injectable that gently treats spider veins and small reticular veins on the legs, so they fade from view over time — personalized to you and performed by licensed medical professionals under the oversight of Ashley Sutton, FNP‑MSN.
How Asclera® works
When injected into a targeted vein, the solution gently irritates the vein's inner lining, causing it to close and seal. Blood naturally reroutes to healthy veins nearby, and over the following weeks your body gradually absorbs the treated vein — so it fades from view.
The result is a smoother, more even appearance without surgery and with minimal disruption to your day. Because results develop progressively, your provider may recommend more than one session depending on the number and size of veins treated.
Four steps to clearer legs
Your provider examines the veins, confirms Asclera is the right fit, and builds your personalized plan.
A series of fine injections into the targeted veins — most sessions take under 30 minutes.
Compression stockings for a few days help the treated veins seal and keep results on track.
Over the following weeks your body absorbs the treated veins and they fade from view. Additional sessions as needed.
Closing the vein, not removing it
Asclera (polidocanol) is a sclerosant — a solution injected directly into a spider or small varicose vein through a very fine needle. It irritates the vein lining just enough that the walls seal shut.
The closed vein turns to scar tissue and is absorbed by the body over the following weeks. Blood simply reroutes through healthier veins nearby; circulation improves rather than suffers.
Sessions run 20 to 45 minutes depending on how many vessels are treated. Most legs need two or three visits spaced several weeks apart for a complete result.
Compression, walking, and patience
You walk out of the appointment and back into your day. Compression stockings go on immediately and stay on for two to three days — this is the single biggest factor in how well the result holds.
Walk daily, skip hot tubs, saunas, and hard workouts for 48 hours, and keep the treated legs out of direct sun while they heal. Bruising and light brown lines along the vein are normal and fade over four to twelve weeks.
Results build slowly. Small spider veins can clear in three to six weeks; larger vessels take three to four months. We photograph at each visit so the progress is measured, not guessed.
Questions, answered honestly
Asclera is known for being gentler than older saline solutions — most clients feel only tiny pinpricks and mild cramping that fades within minutes.
It depends on the number and size of veins. Many clients see the result they want after 1–2 sessions; your provider gives you a realistic count at the consultation.
Treated veins seal immediately, then fade gradually over several weeks as your body absorbs them — with continued improvement for up to a few months.
Compression stockings for a few days, walking encouraged, and a short break from intense exercise, hot baths, and direct sun on the treated area.
Walking is encouraged right away — it helps circulation. Hold off on heavy workouts, hot tubs, and saunas for 2–3 days, and wear your compression stockings as directed for the best result.
What to expect
Come a few minutes early, settle in, and share your goals — every Asclera visit starts with a short, unhurried check-in so the session fits you, not a template.
Your provider tailors the work to your body and comfort as you go — speak up anytime; adjusting is part of the craft.
You leave with honest aftercare guidance — what to expect tonight, and how to keep the benefit building between visits.
One roof, every discipline
Clinical services run under the direction of Ashley Sutton, FNP-MSN — spa comfort with medical standards behind it.
Day spa, medspa, Western medicine, and Eastern medicine under one roof — your plan can draw from all four.
Every visit ends riverside — linger in the River Room or on the rooftop instead of rushing back to the car.
Pairs well with
Asclera slots naturally into a larger plan — many clients stack these in the same visit or alternate them through the season.
